You can buy them at the check-in desk.

The registration for private housing ends on 15 August!

Dinner buffet registration is closed

Á la carte dishes are available, but you must recon with long waiting periods. Dinner buffet bons that where not picked up, will be sold on 25.9. at 3:30 pm at the check in desk.

Panzanella - A tuscan bread, sardine, caper and olive salad
Basil pesto and mozarella terrine with tomato ragout
Styrian pumpkin quiche with herb-yoghurt sauce

Soups:
Viennese potato soup with marjoram
Carrot broth with ginger

Main Courses:
Polpetti - A dish of Italian meatballs on pine nut rice
Turkey strips in crème of mushroom sauce with "Servietten Knoedel" (dumpling)
Vegetable strudel with herb sauce

Desserts:
Traditional apple or "topfen" (sweet cheese) strudel with custard
Chocolate mousse on roasted mixed berries
"Scheiterhaufen" - a traditional Austrian bread and fruit pudding on raspberry sauce
