Dance floor
Many of you already know the dance floor at Haus Muskath. We are offering a dance floor size of 12 x 20 meters (about 240 m²), and the audience will be applauding from three sides!
Procedure
In the Ballroom and Latin disciplines, the competitions will be held according to ESSDA's Same-Sex Dancesport Competition Rules, with the addition of solo dances in the A class finals.
Female and male couples will dance separately in the Ballroom and Latin categories and together in the Viennese Waltz and Cha Cha Fun Competitions. In the latter also mixed couples are welcome.
The couples need to confirm their registration and pick up their starting numbers latest 30 minutes before each competition block. At the beginning of a Ballroom or Latin categorie all couples will dance a general look (overview of the overall dancing level) and at least one classification round (allocation into the various classes by the adjudicators). Depending on the number of couples per class, the competition will be carried out in several rounds up to the finals. The winners will be invited to dance in the next higher class.
In the A class finals 1 - 2 dances will be danced first solo for one minute and then in the group for another minute. To find the solo dances of this year, click at "competition" in the navigation on the left.
We will try to let the couples dance as often as possible, but have to make some compromises due to the extensive program. We invite you to join in the Viennese Waltz and Cha Cha Fun Competitions. We reserve the right to merge classes or to let different classes dance together (judged separately), depending on the number of couples.
All finals of the competition will finish by about 7:30 p.m. Right after the competition, dinner will begin; the Pink Dance Night will begin at 8:30 p.m., which you will be able to enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere with music, dancing and shows.

dancing.
Level A und B:
Advanced dancers and high-level competition dancers.
c) Cha Cha Fun Competition
The Cha Cha Fun Dance motto is "Mix and have fun!" So mingle a little and dance with someone else for a change: visitors with competitors, Latin with Ballroom dancers, B class with starters, volunteers and guests, cashier with check-in, women couples with mixed couples (man-woman couples are allowed!), lesbians and gays with heteros ...
Registration is free of charge and open to all competition visitors and dancers in the other three categories (except for A-class dancers) and is only possible at the door. Numbers will be assigned on an anonymous basis. There will be chances to warm up on the dance floor, so bring your dancing shoes with.
All-Round Combination
All couples who danced Ballroom and Latin in the same constellation fall into this group. The best six couples (male and female couples will judged together) will be honored at the last presentation of awards.
To determine the Combination results, ascending ranking points will be assigned from 1 for the winning couple of a A class to the highest number for the couple in last place of the lowest class. The ranking points from Ballroom and Latin will be added. The couple with the lowest total wins the 10 dance combination.

The registration fee for dancers is € 15 per person for Ballroom and/or Latin.
For the Viennese Waltz Competition, the registration fee is € 4 per person.
